And as much as I would enjoy seeing those aforementioned shills banned six ways to Sunday, those IPs tend to carpetbomb innocent anons as well. We had that problem back when we still used /cbts/ and it was a big source of contention.

It's a cat-herding tactic, but admittedly a valid one. Hate to think wherewe would be if we weren't clued in on the awakening and made to assume that corruption and degradation of the country continues unchecked. Not a goid look if we start forming up RWDSes.
Not like there's some catch-all script you could write that would nail a bot's post without potentially affecting legit posters. And they flip IPs at will, so there's only so many times you could manually ban one before an anon's own IP gets caught in the crossfire.

Sure, they work. But feel free to add some dudes with smiles to your material. Simply put, if it's a scrawny dude in hipster clothing wit a smug aura or looking like they belong at a Starbucks/indie video game studio, you probably don't want any memes using them unless it's to denigrate those traits.
I wouldn't have followed through on all this had Las Vegas and the Saudi Arabia crackdowns didn't happen. Heck, I'm at a reasonably good point in my life that I would have trodden along just fine without knowledge of Q and knowing Trump was on the level.
