WATCH: Mexican Businessman Describes Being Kidnapped by Cops

 

MORELIA, Michoacán – A businessman claims state cops tried to kill him when he attempted to speak out against corrupt law enforcement. He is demanding the Michoacán government investigate the matter and stop protecting dirty lawmen.

 

In a video obtained by Breitbart Texas, a businessman who only identified himself as “Carlos” claimed he was taken in the coastal city of Lazaro Cardenas. The businessman identified two high-ranking officers with Michoacan’s State Police for being the masterminds behind his violent kidnapping.

Report: U.S. Begins Accepting Caravan Migrants In for Asylum Claims

 

Mexican federal authorities at the ports of entry in Tijuana are now allowing migrants from the Central American caravan into the U.S. so they can begin asylum requests.

 

This week, at the Chaparral Port of Entry in Tijuana, Mexican immigration officials announced 90 Central American caravan migrants would be allowed to advance to ask for asylum, journalist Rebecca Plevin reported. Twenty-five asylum seekers were allowed on Monday and 60 more on Tuesday.

Report: Michael Avenatti Arrested in Domestic Violence Dispute

 

Television lawyer Michael Avenatti was arrested Wednesday following a domestic violence dispute, according to emerging reports.

 

“Our law enforcement sources say Stormy Daniels’ attorney was arrested Wednesday after his estranged wife filed a felony DV report. We’re told her face was “swollen and bruised.” Our sources say the alleged incident occurred Tuesday, but there was a confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A.,” TMZ reports.

 

Lisa Storie, the woman involved in the alleged physical altercation, reportedly scrambled from the apartment where the incident occurred and was spotted on the sidewalk holding her hands over her eyes while shouting into her cellphone. “I can’t believe you did this to me,” she said, according to TMZ.

 

Five minutes later Avenatti arrived at the apartment complex and yelled repeatedly, “She hit me first,” later adding, “This is bullshit, this is fucking bullshit.” The alleged melee occurred after the women attempted to pick up her belongings and called 911 after tempers ran hot.

 

Los Angeles authorities confirmed Avenatti is currently in police custody.
