I think there are two realistic scenarios:

1. An actual attack was thwarted by american heroes

2. Space X drop set off the real false Alarm.

If it was 2, it might come out as news since it would be acceptable to Normies. Also could see that being covered up with todays spin since they wouldnt want to admit the flawed alert system.

Either way if it was Space X we know there is more to the story to dig into
