Whitaker appointment - 210 days according to vacancies act. We were focused on Noel Francisco. So what changed from that? Disinfo or some other purpose?

Whitaker appointed 8 NOV 2018 - 210 days = 6 JUN 2019

New congress takes over 20 Jan 2019.

So that means Trump has less than 66 days to nominate a new Attorney General, and have them confirmed prior to new congress.

Right now, we do not have the votes to confirm a nominee that would be acceptable to the plan. Think flake would be on board? Any others? Remember that we are supposed to get 53 Senators after 20 Jan 2019.

So would it be better to try and rush through a senate confirmation before or after the new session? Which would make the more sense and be more guaranteed of success?

<So at does this mean?

Trump won’t nominate a new attorney general until after 20 Jan.

Worried about us still having control of the senate due to voter fraud?

DHS has their marching orders on how to proceed according to the EO signed regarding election security.

Also remember that the new edits to the manual of court martials takes effect 1 Jan 2019.

Also remember that 61k+ sealed indictments.

I would expect that the two weeks between the new year and the new congress coming into session, is going to be insane based upon those legal directives and timings.

Trump and team will need to clear this voter fraud crap prior to the new session being in place to avoid the appearance and optics of arresting political opponents. I would anticipate that taking place between now and 1 Jan 2019 as the people engaging in these voter frauds, are not SES members and i highly doubt they have secret pardons issued by Hussein. They will be hit with fraud charges from DHS and will be entirely separated from the whole AG issue and the indictments after 1 Jan.

Whitaker is the placeholder until the new congress takes power.

Noel Francisco may have been a sleight if hand, but after 20 Jan 2019, Trump will be able to place whoever he wants in the AG position and have it passed through the senate nomination process unimpeded regardless how much Chuck cries, Nancy lies, or DIFI buys.

I may be partially wrong or wholly wrong. I’m just humbly proposing what I believe may be happening.
