Not saying that direct energy weapons didn't start the California fires, but I'm going to say this video is fake and gay. First off energy comes in many forms (radio waves, microwaves, infrared, visible spectrum, ultraviolet, x-rays, gamma rays). We can only see frequencies in the visible spectrum, everything else is invisible to our eyes (including cameras). In the event that we COULD see the energy or particles with the naked eye, they would be traveling at the speed of light (as all energy does) so in this video, the particles or whatever are traveling way too slow.

Absolutely… I understand there are likely many technologies that we don't know about… I've studied some Tesla tech that I believe is secretly in use or hidden from us. But what about the laws of nature? Are those incorrect as well? There has to be some universal constants that we are bound by right?
