If you think about it, how could he have gotten there with firefighters around? There weren't firefighters around, were there? No smoldering anything- no smoke yet blue flame in the car. FAKE.
Also fake was his ability to talk about his 'friend'. Yeah, he seemed upset but if you really knew someone that was burned sitting there like that, the reaction would have been more powerful.
