Don't feel bad, I've been there a lot. I would help you with the video if it were youtube (you just copy the URL into the EMBED box). The only tricky part is that you have to click on "Show post options and limits" for that box to appear.

Someone wrote you that there are plenty of videos on 8chan. Well, yes, but not for anything complex, not that I could find, and I look pretty hard. You can always ask if you don't mind running into crusty anons sometimes.

but I haven't tackled FB video yet. Discovered how to do twitter just recently, a bit more complicated but do-able.
