Anon, not disagreeing with the spraying which I first noticed and started researching in 1998. We do get dew on the grass in the morning where I live. The nano-particles of Aluminum, are so fine that when you breathe them, I've heard there's a direct path to the brain. That shouldn't be a problem long term for PG & E, unless they are included in "The Plan." Good old, faggot, Gov. Moonbeam signed a bill into law that allows the public utility companies, or at least PG & E (Which I'm sure have Brown in their back pocket), to assess their customers the losses as part of their utility bill! So no real motivation to maintain their lines or equipment, because even when they lose, they WIN! Disgusting as all FUCK!
