If there are executions, they should be televised live as a deterrent against anyone even thinking about such fuckery in the future! Maybe use your pay idea for pay-per-view to raise money for some of their victims. Pay-per-view can be controlled so the chillren won't be traumatized. Hell, I saw Lee Harvey Oswald shot to death on live TV, and I didn't end up with PTSD, or on meds. Maybe it would be a good civics lesson for the young-ins!
