Charities do not pay taxes but they must submit official records

of donations, expenses, and "the mission"

The "mission" declared was a vague thing like "help women in Africa" which is not really proper

The mission should be more like "building a mission in (these four cities) where funding, advice, and support is offered to help impoverished families earn an independent income

Ortel is a retired hedge fund manager who was familiar with charitable work and its legalities and did research on the CF – finding many irregularities and illegalities
