I'm sure it's been discussed here before, but what about 'smart meters' on homes? Enegry Co's sure did push for them a few years back. Maybe its connected?

Well, we know pg&e beams enegry down to earth via RF…not directly to homes but to receiver sites. I've been looking for a few days to see if they have receiver sites near burn zones in CA. So far, no dice

Already have been digging. Brightsource enegry out of Oakland, built the receiving sites in the Mojave. They have projects in Israel also.
I still havn't found the site - no sat imagery, no construction perposals in that area. If you have info please share
