This is a a paper by Eric Dollard, which follows the NVE-1 paper (attached) released not too long ago. NVE-1 is a paper summarizing the way the grid has been sabotaged in a way that will allow an EMP to cause more damage than can possibly be imagined. This paper could be considered part 2 and is highly visual as it has a lot of images drawn by Eric Dollard. Get a copy here:
