That's why ignorance of the law is a defense in tax court. If the IRS doesn't know the IRC, why in the hell should John Q. Public be expected to know it inside and out. That's impossible. That being said, there also is no due process (for the citizen) in tax court. Presumption of guilt.

It was a summary of electronic surveillance warrants issued in the DC District. Most or all of them are closed (suspect that evidence obtained, presented to grand jury, true bill of indictment obtained) but still sealed. One of them involved Yahoo (Verizon spun off Yahoo, renamed it Oath) and wire fraud (first pic). Another Anon found what looks to be the warrant (or one of them) for Awan (second pic).
