No indictments were unsealed. Those were all court orders for electronic searches (not search warrants - you have to get a court order to read emails, texts and posts, see call lists, etc.) FB, Goog, Verizon, ATT and a whole bunch of others were identified as the parties receiving the court orders because they have the data.
It's still significant but doesn't give names.
However, it did list statutes that concern the nature of the charges being investigated. THAT was a laundry-list of cabal-type shit. Only thing missing was treason and sedition.
