Known lawfag Will Chamberlin broke this case down excellently.

The most the judge can really order is that the White House and USSS didn't follow proper procedure in terminating his pass (giving him written notice, and a chance to respond)

All that will happen if it's found to be incorrect in procedure, is the USSS will have to correct the procedure, and provide a written statement, and Acosta at this point has had more than enough time to respond, which he has, but claiming he didn't even touch her (which is demonstrably false)

Then after the written statement is provided by the USSS as to why it was revoked, he will have to re apply for a new one in 6months. It is not a permanent revocation, as it's his first time being revoked.

Court decisions are based off of more than just written laws anon. Precedence and circumstantial evidence also carry weight.

In this case, it would be precedence from a case in the 90s
