In a criminal case like the ones we believe contain the sealed indictments, if prosecutors want to get a warrant for let's say phone records, would that warrant be under the same docket number as the primary case, or would it be a separate docket number SOLELY for getting court permission for the phone records?

The sealed indictments we are waiting for are typically going to be cases titled
"United States of America vs. some named defendant(s)"
and the defendant's(s') names will be spelled out.
Such cases case will NOT be "pen register" cases titled
"United States of America vs. AT&T or Nextel or Verizon or Yahoo Inc. or Google Inc. etc. etc." to acquire court permission for surveillance or phone records or ISP logs or email logs.
That should put the matter to rest I think and maybe the shills will stop harassing you now.
We should have no trouble discerning the real indictments against cabal members when the unsealings begin. I expect the U.S. Attorney prosecuting the major cases would make some big announcements too, press releases & such, when the cases are unsealed. Just a hunch, but look at the media they do when kingpins or big drug dealers or other major criminals are arrested or successfully prosecuted.
