If the system isn't turned off, then I agree, 30% of Californians are lost forever and we have to consider what ought to be done with them. I'm not a fan of communist-style re-education or of internment camps, but leaving these people out in ordinary society brings its own risks too. I wish I had all the answers.

I'm not suggesting this is the only thing that makes a person become an NPC/Libtard. Obviously there are lots of cultural and social factors. But electronic mind control is real and I suspect it is being used on a mass scale.
