Screes and cries, chest beatings and shirts rendering in Florida recount that signatures don't match so Dems say "let them count" and Reps say, that is election stealing. What does the law say?

Well in CA, 26th congressional district the Rep. Candidate Sabato complained publicly on election night that the county election auditor was THROWING OUT all of his ballots saying the signatures don't match!

Now, how is that any different that Florida and why isn't someone auditing THAT election and others like it?
