The Annex to the Dec 21 EO is now up to 1249 pages, three columns per page. At the end of the document there's a list of all the governing regulations for them being sanctioned, thought it was interesting, It's too long to post here, but there are 4 on DPRK and 5 on Ukraine, and I thought these warranted sharing for speculation:
