Didn't Q tell us in a recent post that it was RM that requested to meet with POTUS. RM was the one asking POTUS for the FBI Director position, not POTUS asking RM.

That makes more sense. POTUS does everything by the book and according to the rule of law. He also would not want scum like Mueller as his FBI director. So POTUS refused Mueller that position.

The next day RR appoints him to SC.
