I think a look at the history of
fires in California, how preventive actions we're taken to keep fires from burning homes and communities and how drought verses conservation
may be an issue. Having lived in California all my life until 17 years ago, the devastation has been horrifying when it comes to people and communities being incinerated. I remember the Oakland fires as being one of those that was significant, stated I believe as a small grass fire that flared up, lasted a weekend. What has changed?
