The fires are a distraction, not for us but for the general public. An intentionally set distraction.

Its entirely appropriate and important to discuss here what happened with those fires.

The April 2018 filing disclosed applications between January 1, 2017 and September 30, 2017.

The October 2018 filing disclosed applications between October 1, 2017 and March 31, 2018.

These were th two I looked at.

But the April filing also says that 2008 to 2016 had already been released.
