From January 21 – June 4, 1918, an experimental bacterial meningitis vaccine cultured in horses by the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research in New York was injected into soldiers at Fort Riley.

And what about all the people that actually saw the jets? Especially the second jet that was clearly seen by millions of people who were out on rooftops watching after the first plane hit. I've met eyewitnesses who said the second one went so low over them they could feel the air. Had to fake that right?
