I researched this deep a while back. Here's an interesting document regarding the C_A and their personality assessment studies. This article is from the 70's.

I'm trying to find this dude I read about, he invented something like the Myers Biggs test, but instead of a 4 digit code (INTJ, ENTP, etc.) it was like 40 something digits long and could precisely predict future behavior.
