Immerse yourself in anything but the cabal falsehoods and you have a better chance at being a real human.

But I'd also add, you've got to be free of the technological machinery they use - that's anything hollywood, that's smart anycrap. We're pounded constantly with their electronic means of softening the mind, indoctrinating, etc. Got to break that off. But how?

They own the air, dirt and water.
