Is this a Q proof? McSally conceded because she's gonna take NoNames seat! The deadline was May 30th for NoName to "die" and the seat be eligible for midterms. He died 87 days after the deadline (88?)…nor sure if there's a number connection there or not.
Anyway, a quick look at Q's May posts shows all the ZTE off grid burner phones from China. How do you steal a nationwide election without your communications and coordination being easily traced? Burners! But you can't just buy and mail out thousands of them, that's too traceable.
Presidential Test identified every single one of them and NSA was then able to mark and monitor them better. All you gotta do is know how many you expect to ping, and all the extra phones that ping become suspect.
