for anons who question this court decision on acosta i agree it is bullshit however here is how the rigged corrupt DS law system works

congress is given sole authority to pass US laws - so they pass a law with a nice sounding title and then say that "such regulations as are appropriate" shall be added by an agency to apply and enforce and interpret the law - in other words they PUNT

now comes the BUFFERS to protect the politicians

that leads to massive regulations which may or may not reflect the will of congress (in other words the will of WE THE PEOPLE) - regulations also have regulations - that specify many steps to put into place - that sound good (like notice and hearings and public input) BUT are just shill proceedings to put their regs solidly in place - vested special interests are heavily involved here and WE THE PEOPLE are not.

So now you have regs that have the force of law - SAME with "rules" anons - Each agency (and the white house) publishes rules that go out for a while then get glued into place - again who comments or has input? special interests if any

so now we have laws rules and regulations with the force of law - already a quagmire

NOW add court rulings - how do they fit in? EASY - just have the court rule that ANY deviations from said rules laws and regulations is VIOLATION OF DUE PROCESS.

this puts enormous power in unelected bureaucrats and politically appointed judges - result = BLOCKADES AND CONTROL

takes political will and time to reverse this - so far we dont even have the plitical will - we still have swamp congress

give it time anons - once the general public wakes it will be over for the DS - this time forever - if we force things as always before we will win a battle and lose the war - this is why DS is goading us to do so BUT patriots will not do it unless absolutely needed and supported by a larger slice of the public - they DO have control the question is when and whether to use it
