Canadianaon here.. socialized health care is awful and I would take the US model with all its problems in a heartbeat.. Everyone always goes on and on about how its free. Yeah its free but its awful. I am on waitlist for surgery and its over a year.. after waiting a year to see a doctor. I also have a heart condition that had me in the ER first week of Oct and still have yet to see a cardiologist.
In the states if you pay and have good insurance you are well taken care of. Here I do not even have that option.
