Hard to say. Whenever there's a sighting, I am uncertain if it's really the same individual. The last couple did not look similar to me. Who knows how many doubles she has? Maybe some anon has made a study of it; I haven't since 2016, I just use visual sense to compare facial proportions and physique, and these different "Hillary"s that appear in public seem different.
