Project CHATTER

Was digging into Franklin/Omaha/Boys Town and started following threads further and further back making connections between people/places/agencies etc and discovered this little nugget which seems to tie in with nine Q posts.

Project CHATTER was a US Navy program started in 1947, presumably revolving around the search for a truth serum. Claims it was terminated in 1953. Funny thing is, it ties into CIA projects Bluebird, Edgewood Arsenal, ARTICHOKE, MONARCH and MKULTRA.
