>Whereas Rep. Swalwell is in violation of 5 U.S.C. 7311(2) for proposing to undermine the lawful foundational second amendment rights of American citizens granted by the Constitution

 

>Whereas Rep. She has proposed summary punishment of execution without due process, for defying his unlawful legislation in violation of the 5th Amendment of the US Constitution

 

>Whereas Rep. She has further advocated summary execution be performed against US citizens by means of cruel and unusual punishment of nuclear weapons in violation of the 8th Amendment of the US Constitution

 

>We do hereby condemn and censure Rep. Swalwell and do hereby formally request the Department of Justice consider this censure also to be a formal request for prosecution under the aforementioned stature as well as a deprivation of Rights under color of law. Furthermore, we move to formally remove Rep Swalwell from his seat in this house of Congress due to disturbing and egregious nature of his violations.
