Need help from you anons…Years ago several wild horses were killed in the Ochoco Mountains in Central Oregon..Shot down and left to die, it happened on two separate occasions and ended with no arrest and at one point a $10000 reward was offered. The shooter was/is Don Yarbrough. He has a Facebook feel free to bomb it with this info, he is a dangerous scum that needs to know we know. Oh, before you ask I did call him into O.S.P. but could not remain anonymous.
