The alters of catholic churches are the relics of human sacrefice, where in aincent time the bodies of the killed where the alter itself.

>The practice of celebrating the Eucharist over the graves of martyrs is probably the origin of the rule that demanded that every altar must contain the relics of martyrs.

>The General Instruction of the Roman Missal states that "the practice of the deposition of relics of Saints, even those not Martyrs, under the altar to be dedicated is fittingly retained.

>Such relics should be of a size sufficient for them to be recognized as parts of human bodies; hence excessively small relics of one or more saints must not be placed beneath the altar.

>In earlier centuries minute portions of relics were inserted into the table of the altar and also into the altar stones that at that time were called movable altars. The cavity into which they were placed was called the sepulchrum (Latin for "tomb"). The relics could be of several saints, but two had to be martyrs until 1906, when the Congregation of Rites decided that it was sufficient to enclose relics of two canonized saints of whom one was a martyr.

>There were precise rules also about where exactly in the altar the relics were to be placed and about the stone cover for the cavity

Isaiah 65

1“I was sought by those who did not ask for Me;

I was found by those who did not seek Me.

I said, ‘Here I am, here I am,’

To a nation that was not called by My name.

2 I have stretched out My hands all day long to a rebellious people,

Who walk in a way that is not good,

According to their own thoughts;

3 A people who provoke Me to anger continually to My face;

Who sacrifice in gardens,

And burn incense on altars of brick;

4 Who sit among the graves,

And spend the night in the tombs;

Who eat swine’s flesh,

And the broth of [a]abominable things is in their vessels;

5 Who say, ‘Keep to yourself,

Do not come near me,

For I am holier than you!’

These are smoke in My nostrils,

A fire that burns all the day.

>Of course, being the tough principled hero you are, you obviously don't need my permission to put down the keyboard, actually risk losing something, and go join the mighty struggle to help correct what you believe is an historical injustice.

Is it time for a crusade to exterminate the muslims and retake jeruslem from the jews?

Not everyone is a faggot like you

Read the book of zepheniah and see what god has in plan for israel and the arab nation

2 “I will completely remove all things

From the face of the earth,” declares the Lord.

3 “I will remove man and beast;

I will remove the birds of the sky

And the fish of the sea,

And the ruins along with the wicked;

And I will cut off man from the face of the earth,” declares the Lord.

4 “So I will stretch out My hand against Judah

And against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

4 For Gaza will be abandoned

And Ashkelon a desolation;

Ashdod will be driven out at noon

And Ekron will be uprooted.

5 Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast,

The nation of the [e]Cherethites!

The word of the Lord is against you,

O Canaan, land of the Philistines;

And I will destroy you

So that there will be no inhabitant.

6 So the seacoast will be pastures,

With [f]caves for shepherds and folds for flocks.

7 And the coast will be

For the remnant of the house of Judah,

They will pasture on it.

In the houses of Ashkelon they will lie down at evening;

For the Lord their God will care for them

And restore their fortune.

8 “I have heard the [g]taunting of Moab

And the revilings of the sons of Ammon,

With which they have [h]taunted My people

And [i]become arrogant against their territory.

9 “Therefore, as I live,” declares the Lord of hosts,

The God of Israel,

“Surely Moab will be like Sodom

And the sons of Ammon like Gomorrah—

A place possessed by nettles and salt pits,

And a perpetual desolation.

The remnant of My people will plunder them

And the remainder of My nation will inherit them.”

10 This they will have in return for their pride, because they have [j]taunted and [k]become arrogant against the people of the Lord of hosts. 11 The Lord will be terrifying to them, for He will [l]starve all the gods of the earth; and all the coastlands of the nations will bow down to Him, everyone from his own place.

12 “You also, O Ethiopians, will be slain by My sword.”

13 And He will stretch out His hand against the north

And destroy Assyria,

And He will make Nineveh a desolation,

Parched like the wilderness.

14 Flocks will lie down in her midst,

[m]All beasts which range in herds;

Both the [n]pelican and the hedgehog

Will lodge in [o]the tops of her pillars;

[p]Birds will sing in the window,

Desolation will be on the threshold;

For He has laid bare the cedar work.

15 This is the exultant city

Which dwells securely,

Who says in her heart,

“I am, and there is no one besides me.”

How she has become a desolation,

A resting place for beasts!

Everyone who passes by her will hiss

And wave his hand in contempt.
