I don't recall Q promising anything.
That Q has stated information that Anons research on, is not considered promises.
Q has stated that this is an info drop.
Q has also stated (for security reasons) that some info has Double Meanings.
In addition, Q has made it clear that "misinformation is necessary", so we are not always going to get the goodies that you think you are being promised.
This board is being watched.
Misinfo combined with info that comes to pass is being used to "smoke" out the enemy.
If Q states that they have a HRC raw vid, all of a sudden within just days, the MSM starts running stories on Deep Fake videos.
I wouldn't worry to much about what comes to pass or not from any info that Q has given us.
