"The obit is for a Todd Madison who was born in Reedsburg, WI and was living in Sheboygan, WI when he died.
The Secret Service Madison is most likely originally from Pennsylvania. He went to college there starting in 1985 and worked there through 1993 before joining the secret service. Most of his positions with the Secret Service were based out of NY. No mention of WI anywhere.
The photo on the obit was not added by the family - an anonymous person put it there and the family probably doesn't even know that some low life decided to disrespect their father/son by trying to turn his death into a hoax of another person.
