A Quebec natural person is not the same as an incorporated fiction federally or in another province.
If they proceed under your incorporation you can always challenge it and they try joinder, it screws up a lot of other things, like in NB for example they tried to use the government vs. the province to get out of funding French services. Not anymore.
They also redesigned the driver's licenses. No more all caps, like in other provinces.
I got that from a prominent Canadian journalist too. Was surprised as well. This person is very in the know.
