Said he'd support border security for the President in the proposed spending bill IF it also includes verbiage to protect the Mueller investigation AND to adequately feed $$ to CA for fire relief (which we all know is a sick plot to get $$ they're losing for being a santuary city). Then when pressed, he admitted that 'border security' didn't mean an actual wall - there are other 'technological' ways to secure it.
