Trustees vs. Delegates

I found this paper helpful in understanding the roles of elected representatives, and what has happened to our country, specifically in the last 60 years or so. Are people electing politicians that they trust, and in whom they have confidence in their character, or have they been electing representatives who have no consistency or morality, but are quick to exploit hot-button issues that emotionally manipulate the general public?

Do senators that take a stance that goes against their constituents’ wishes generally reelected? This also plays largely into the importance of controlling the media. Controlling the media controls public opinion.

I did not screenshot the entire pdf, but I highlighted parts that clarify JFK’s opinion on the matter, which I think is important to understand.

Also, how many times has Q mentioned the word TRUST in capital letters? Was he referring to the trustee model of representation?
