There are no space-based lasers capable of starting those fires. You simply could not hide a satalite with that capability from the private sector—it would be too large with very visible optics. It would need to be in LEO and would cost would be insane to use on starting fires that can be done with chemicals on the ground.
Also why the hell would you use a visible wavelength…trust your intuition here.
This is conspiracy crap being pushed to distract. Focus should be on who started the fires and how can we catch them next time.
