yep…if this tech is being used to target specific neighborhoods, we wouldn't know it when it is happening, because the DEWS lasers are invisible. All these photos posted RE blue laser flashes mean nothing.

Also, these DEWS systems do not have to be used from planes or drones either. They could easily be operated from high vantage points mounted on vehicles.

If skeptical anons want to debunk the DEWS hypothesis show us photos of CA fires from say the 1950's
