First, a normie rancher would have never heard of anything like that. That's AIM dogma. So he is either a AIM viewer (ie: no discernment) or they gave him a set of talking points.
Second, those elements will not contribute fuel to the fire. They can burn, yes, and do so quite hotly. But they are so reactive that if you spray, for example, aluminum into the stratosphere then aluminum oxide will land on the ground. They will react with other elements in the environment long before they can act as fuel. And besides, the fraction of chemtrail-nano-particle fuel would be minuscule compared to the vegetation. If lab tests can't find traces of the stuff to confirm that chemtrails are real then it's certainly not going to affect the combustion properties.
AIM is going way beyond common gullibility. This is aggressive and deliberate disinformation.
