The process is highly variable and depends on atmospheric conditions, the engine model, fuel being used, throttle setting, and a few other factors that are not well understood.
If you want to believe that there are tons of additional material being hauled up on commercial flights to be dispensed over the population - I am not going to stop you or invest a whole lot of energy trying to argue with a postulate.
But I will simply say that I generally keep in mind that I am an atypical mind probe to irrational leaps. Those irrational leaps allow me to see things many others do not, but they also make me prone to seeing things I want to see, as well.

Or - perhaps this is merely the beta of my game I am trying out. Insanity is a gift that is not easily wielded as such. Those of us who have to learn how to be human always stand at the fringe, trying to understand what it is that will never be able to understand us.
