No ideahow they do it currently, but CIA info packets used to be delivered by hand. Given the digital age, it might be possible to intercept & weaponize it…but that’s far beyond me.

It all still is routed through sats and sat uplinks. That’s how you can call around the world…data centers bro.

Just pondering, how do we know if the map will be accurate? I realize why we need to do the work ourselves, but with the chaos of the chan, how do we know if the map is on target?
