Physicianfag here. This looks like BS. There is not one drug that Q is talking about that is the magic cure. There will be many, for different diseases. The most likely scenario is that Pharma have drugs that gave spectacular results years ago but needed to keep them quiet until they have made profits.

Understand that drugs in the lab is not the same as drugs in humans. Immunotherapy probably the only successful way forward. Cancer immunotherapy promotes the immune response. Autoimmune disease is an ovverresponse from the immune system. They cannot be treated the same. Trials on immunotherapy in ovarian cancer today ineffective. If they are withholding drugs they have only been tested in labs or on a handful of real patients. Large scale trials cannot be kept secret (not possible in the real world, physicians talk too much)
