Obama helped when he hid the Bush era torture memos, and also hid the unreleased Abu Ghraib photos.
Will Trump now release those memos? No.

He brought up ISIS founder al-Baghdadi. How did he found ISIS? He broke out from Abu Ghraib with many other followers who were radicalized by the torture there.
