If you want to cure that, or remedy symptoms somewhat, Kefir grains, which you can buy on ebay for $10, put in milk, will make Kefir, which is really good for that.

 

You also can use the kefir grains to ferment anything, fermented stuff is good. You can find healthy stuff, and ferment it. Often fermentation increases the bioavailability of the goodies you want in the nutritive foods. Turmeric benefits from fermentation, increases the bioavailability, Other things, garlic, ginger, onion, also good. You can blend all that stuff up in a blender and add it to your kefir, you can do a perpetual, remove some, consume it, add more to replace. I've done that. Raw milk, garlic, ginger, turmeric, ferment, add more, you can ferment fruit juices easily with kefir grains, you can run a soda like perpetual kefir, and a milk nutritive kefir. I ran both simultaneously. I drank a lot more of the soda like one, not as much of the milk with chunks of garlic and ginger. That perpetual raw milk kefir with ginger turmeric root and garlic is jam packed with nutrition, but doesn't really taste very good.

 

Also, try marijuana for autism type stuff. I'd say marijuana plus alcohol at the same time.

If warming to around 84 degrees seems difficult or complicated, room temperature typically works.

 

Another easy way to do it, not as well, is to go to the health food store, buy some kefir, buy some raw milk drink some kefir put some raw milk into the kefir, drink kefir, add milk, buy more milk. I can definitely say that these very haphazard fermentations do work. It's possible that over time, the kefir bacteria and yeasts are replaced by native bacteria and yeast, but that's good too. Not saying it's better than the typical method, but the end result is better than what you're starting with.
