Good Morning, Maybe someone can clue me in on what this means,

I was real proud to see the flag hanging when DJT went to the aftermath of the fires, seeing it hang to me, was like the star bangle banner, after a battle, the flag is hung to show, we are not giving in or giving up,

Im wondering about the flag being hung folded in half, what that technically actually means, as i could not find a precedent for that in a online search, id like to think of it as being 1/2 mast for those that lost their lives in the destruction that hit California, but, i could not find online when a hanging flag was ever flown 1/2 folded, anyone know?

thanks for your thoughts on it, i thought about that also, just to keep it from touching the ground, but they could of found a place to hang it fully opened, hmmm, maybe that is all it was, to stop it from hitting the ground
