anon has a theory that the Zenneck Surface Wave (Tesla tech originally) has been weaponized. In this model the conductors themselves are energized. A car, being isolated from ground by the rubber tires would be seen as conductors to the ZSW.

Also, TruthByGrace YT channel has an interesting video that shows guard rails being dropped from their posts because the wood backing between the posts and the guard rail were completely disintegrated. They have metal bolts through them, 3:45 into the video
