When/if the FISA is revealed it will show that the NYT has been sitting on exculpatory information the entire time.
They are burying the larger story that Page was set up, and all the crooked people who signed the FISA should have known that Halper, Mifsud, etc were working for western intelligence.
WHy does he keep making this point - that Mueller wasn't confirmed by the Senate?
The law doesn't require that.
Is he trying to get them on record saying it, so that he can throw it back at them later?
