Bribing TX& NM?
What in these articles oints to bribes, which are used to "cover up"….what exactly???
Addressing infrastructure and community needs in order to maintain a viable, healthy base of operations is not bribing anyone, unless you consider your own salary a "bribe"?!
Find evidence of known health hazards or other detriments to society that are being ignored or "covered up" in a quid pro quo and then come back here and maybe use the word "bribe". But research first, then use words… they matter.
